The rise of antibiotic-resistant germs and bacteria is a global problem.

Thus far, the Hospital’s campaign against the problem has been completely successful, and the team leading in this area has been able each month to report a clean slate to the Health Ministry.

Education is a key part of the fight, and the hospital’s regular community magazine recently included an article about the problem. The piece highlighted several measures people can take at home, including not making excessive use of ‘over the counter’ drugs.
