Nazareth Hospital Chapel devotion for 11 December 2011

Welcome

Welcome to what will be the last bulletin before the Christmas break! We wish you all a wonderful Christmas season, truly focused on Him and His love to us.

This week was a special week as we heard testimony from Megan and Jourdan, who have been volunteering at the Nazareth Village since the summer. We wish Jourdan and Megan all the best as they return to the USA and pray that they will continue to learn from Him through their experiences, applying all that they have learned through being here and encouraging and inspiring others.

Welcome to you all on this second Sunday of Advent! We are pleased to be able to share with you all at this special time of year and join with you in celebrating this season.

As we approach Christmas the Chaplaincy service and the hospital are running a lot of different activities. We ask for your prayers for all these activities, that everything we do would glorify His name.

Welcome

Welcome to our devotion as we begin the run up to Christmas! With the first Sunday of Advent already upon us, we know that the rest of the season will come around very quickly! We pray that as we approach this season again, we will each have a new understanding and appreciation of God and His love for us, shown through Jesus.

We are blessed to have this relationship with Him and we pray that our focus will remain on Him always.

Nazareth Hospital Chapel devotion for 20 November 2011

Welcome

We are delighted to welcome you all again, and share some of what it means to be following our Lord with you all. We hope that these devotions are helpful and encouraging and welcome your feedback!

This last week saw the departure of Sapphire & Shanda, who have both been serving in Nazareth for one month. We pray for each of them as they head back to their homes and families that they would know God’s leading in their lives. We ask for His guidance for them as they take their next steps and wish them every blessing as they follow Him.

Nazareth Hospital Chapel devotion for 30 October 2011

Welcome

Welcome to you all as we join together from different countries, cultures and backgrounds – what a privilege to know that we are all one in Him!

We were delighted to welcome people from the Chemin Neuf community, the Nazareth Village, the House of Light and CEF, as well as our own volunteers this week at chapel!

This week we continued with the final session from “Start: Becoming a Good Samaritan” which was entitled “Loving the Forsaken”.
